As the Sun begins to set on the current term for the Conservative Controlled North West Leicestershire District Council, we are keen to ensure our fantastic progress on delivering a Cinema to North West Leicestershire is cemented in to place. We’re closing out the process, with bids invited by leisure companies ahead of the 17th April deadline.
